Tali Amitai-Tabib: Museum of Art and History of Judaism & White Night ’09
The Museum of Art and History of Judaism, as part of the year of Turkey in France, organizes an important exhibition dedicated to the family of patrons and bankers of Turkish origin, the Camondo: “The splendor of the Camondo , from Constantinople to Paris (1806-1945) “. On this occasion, the museum, with the kind agreement of the Museum of Decorative Arts / Nissim Museum of Camondo, ordered from Tali Amitai-Tabib a series of photos, intended to show the contemporary artist’s view of the house and the collections bequeathed by Moïse de Camondo to France.
Exhibition at the Museum of Art and History of Judaism, from 6 October 2009 to 7 March 2010

Tali Amitai-Tabib, always. For the 2009 Nuit Blanche, October 3, the Paris mayor, in partnership with the Israeli embassy, will celebrate the 100 years of the founding of the city of Tel Aviv. The event, titled “100% Tel Aviv”, will consist of two cultural routes, in the Marais and Saint-Germain-des-Prés, where you will find a hundred places presenting the work of Tel-Aviv artists. At the gallery, we will present, during the whole night (white), a video of Tali Amitai-Tabib, resulting from a cross work on the concert halls of Vienna and the performance of a dancer-choreographer in the auditorium of the Tel Aviv Museum.

Jean-Pierre Attal in the biennales of contemporary art of Thessaloniki and Issy-les-Moulineaux
Four photographs by Jean-Pierre Attal, from the intramural series, are currently on display at the biennale of contemporary art in Thessaloniki. Questioning notions of collective housing, on the edge of big cities, this work also raises the question, recurrent in the artist’s career, of identities, individual and collective.
Curator of the exhibition: Dorothea Konteletzidou
Exhibition until 9 October 2009
http://thessalonikibiennale.gr/
The 2009 edition of the Contemporary Art Biennale in Issy-les-Moulineaux (92) is entitled “My god, deliver me from the model”. In this context, Jean-Pierre Attal will exhibit one of his photographs taken from the series alveoli. This project, initiated in 2008 and whose second part will be exposed to the gallery in November and December 2009, plunges the viewer into the rhythm always identical and nevertheless individual La Défense office towers.
September 17 Show at 25 October 2009.
